We value your satisfaction for an online purchase. For whatever reason, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund. Please email us at thinkearthaustralia@gmail.com within 30 days from your delivery date.

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. 
     
  • Our customer support will advise you on the possible refunds. ThinkEarth can refund you with another similar product, or a store credit, depending upon your situation. 
     
  • All items must be returned in original condition and must be undamaged, and unused.  
     
  • Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.  
     
  • ThinkEarth reserves the right to refuse exchanges and refunds if the product in question does not meet these requirements.  
     
  • Shipping fees for the items won't be refunded, it will be deducted before process the refunding payment. For the free shipping order, we will inform you a refund cost deducted from an accurate shipping fee.
